I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the ski lift in the center of town. This made it incredibly convenient for me to hit the slopes each day without having to travel far. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, providing top-notch service and making me feel like a valued guest. They were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. After a long day on the slopes, I was able to unwind and relax in the spa, enjoying a full body massage and the luxurious facilities. The hotel also had a great restaurant with a wide choice of delicious food for breakfast and dinner. my experience at this hotel was excellent, thanks to its convenient location, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities.

Staying here was incredible! Being located right next to the ski lift made it super easy to get to the slopes every day. Not only that, but the hotel had fantastic facilities with the pool and café being standouts. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel had excellent parking and transportation options. And can't forget the location.in the centre of town, close to shops and other restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it. the Christmas decorations were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for skiing - right next to the lifts and close to shops and restaurants. the food was also amazing - we particularly loved the traditional Christmas dinner and the variety of dishes offered.

This did not detract from our overall experience and we still enjoyed using the facilities. some of the staff members could have been more attentive during meal service, but this was a minor issue and did not greatly impact our enjoyment of the excellent food.

Nothing to fault.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff members were. They offered us a changing room after we checked out, which was really convenient for the skiers, like us. The location of the hotel is perfect as it's just by the slopes. We rented equipment from the nearby ski school and kept them in the designated ski room until check-out. One of the best aspects of our stay was how comfortable and at home we felt. The staff went out of their way to make sure all the guests felt welcome.

During our stay, we did notice two negatives. the swimming pool wasn't very cosy as the water was quite cold.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right next to the ski lift in the heart of town. This makes it effortless to access the slopes and other amenities. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast and the high quality of service provided, with friendly staff always willing to help. Plus, the stunning mountain views from the hotel are breath-taking.
